Pours a straw color with a light haze to the translucency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is tomato-based BBQ sauce with BBQ spices, bread, crackers, salt, and tart pickle brine bringing it to a close. Flavor profile centers on the same tomato BBQ sauce with a vinegar after kick that accompanies the sour twist well. Salt and bread give this a little more depth and dimension. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a mild fuzzy effervescence. Overall, pretty interesting. Tastes like KC BBQ sauce at the start, but the late vinegar sour kick turns it over to Carolina. Actually pretty tasty, albeit, polarizing and odd.
