Tahitian Bourbon Paradise

Pours black with a half finger of caramel foam around the edges. Oily top layer to the liquid. Aroma is big vanilla then swiftly shifts to coconut. Both notes are strong, delivering sweetness to the otherwise bold nose. Roasty, toasty, and caramely malts help lay the groundwork, while mild bourbon slips in behind the sweet vanilla bean and coconut. Crazy smooth. Flavor profile centers itself on coconut and vanilla bean, with vanilla being big and sweet, but slightly less forward than the nose. Coconut is absolutely massive. Fresh cut coconut flesh straight to the dome. Roasty, toasty, and caramely malts layer amongst molasses and bourbon to further build out the flavor profile. While it's bold, the sugary additions keep the depth, alcohol content, and bourbon additions of the beer from turning this into a bitter mess. Mouth feel is thick with a voluptuously full, and velvety texture. Overall, thick and full. It's every bit of bourbon paradise with elevated vanilla bean and coconut.
