Pours dark gold / honey color. Fairly thick head that disappeared quickly. Extremely fruity and creamy with prominent notes of marshmallow, pineapple, lemon, and cream. Definitely fairly sour with lactic acid notes, but truthfully it’s counterbalanced by overwhelming sweetness. Definitely an interesting brew but not something I’d revisit often.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours a cloudy/murky pineapple yellow color with no head. Aroma and flavor feature sweet pineapple, some vanilla, moderate sourness, and a lingering bitterness and astringency. Fairly simplistic and sweet, not very interesting IMO. My pour must have been from the bottom of the keg because there was a LOT of pineapple sediment in my glass. Not sure if that was the reason for the astringency, but regardless this was not very good.

Out of the dole whip inspired sours that have been put out over the years this version is king of the hill for me. This screams I am pineapple without being overwhelming but at the same time it's downright fruity almost venturing into a pineapple jolly rancher flavor but also not letting you forget that this beer is also a sour. The sour aspect of this beer is outstanding and really what makes it shine for me and takes that refreshing dole whip experience to the next level.

Pours a hazy, orange/yellow reminiscent of pineapple juice. The head is quite vigorous but disappears quickly. Aroma is pineapple and marshmallow. Taste is sour, but not overly so. Profiles of pineapple and sweetness are detected. The body is not thin but not moderate either -- somewhere in between. It is a very thirst quenching drink and is quite nice in the summertime.

12 FL. OZ. can
Served in a stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a mustard yellow and is murky. It doesn't really have any head.
Pineapple with some nice sour notes. i get a little vanilla too.
Intense pineapple flavor. Decent tartness. Good balance of tart and sweet.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
The best fruited kettle sour that I have had from Prairie so far.

Yellow straw in color with a hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of off white on top. I’m smelling pineapple, lactose, vanilla, and marshmallow. I’m tasting pineapple, lactose, vanilla, and marshmallow. The mouth is light and smooth.

On draft at 44 Canteen. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy lace on the glass. It smelled of pineapple, vanilla and cream. Tart pineapple, sweet caramel and marshmallow with a hint of vanilla.
