A: murky with lots of floaters; deep gold in color; less than a 1 finger big bubbled head that receded immediately to nothing; no lacing;
S: funky chocolate and strawberry;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; moderate tartness throughout;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: really unappetizing in appearance; the aroma and flavor match the description so I guess this is what they wanted to brew; would have been much more enjoyable if they had filtered it;

12oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'CANNED ON 11/29/2213'.
Cloudy, dark apricot colored body. Brief off white head. Darker particles of residue. No lacing.
Aroma of strawberry and vanilla. Cacao is vague.
Taste is sour, and sweet from the vanilla and lactose. Flavors of strawberry and vanilla. Cacao is again vague.
Medium mouth feel. Slick texture. Good carbonation.
Pastry sour, but missing the cacao. Floating particles are a distraction.

Appearance - The beer was a brownish yellow color. If only I had a better reference point than toilet water.
Smell - The nose was definitely sour, like underripe strawberries.
Taste - There really was not much Neapolitan about this beer. It was sour, almost citric. The lactose was very detectable.
Mouthfeel - The body had some staying power.
Overall - This was un-good.
