I actually got to add this to the Prairie list, while on “vacation”!
Poured from tap at the brewery. Dark oily brown color with nice initial head and good curtain lacing. Strong bourbon and vanilla smell and taste. Smell was so intense that my wife would not sip. Dark chocolate as well. Silky feel. Glad we stopped!
