Poured at fridge temp. Pours a thick black with zero head. Nose is roasted malts, rum, nuts, dark chocolate, molasses, black licorice, and nice layers of dark fruit.
The taste is incredible. Rum, tons of black licorice, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, dark malts, bread, burnt toffee, some charred oak, plums, raisins, and slight pipe tobacco.
Lovely thick mouthfeel with a dark roasted malt aftertaste. Lovely beer overall.
