I’ve always enjoyed Prairie’s delicious stouts, so this is a bit of a departure for me. Nevertheless, I am such a fan of the company that I grabbed the chance to try something new and unusual. I thought it was delightful - light and crisp, with a pretty clear malt sensation right away. It’s also smooth and fresh and got bonus points from me for the mouthfeel and finish. I would have another one of these without hesitation.
