Prairie Artisan Ales Swede Dreams is a technically focused fruited sour built on a clean, kettle-soured base designed to highlight fruit expression and acidity control. The beer is conditioned with lingonberries, contributing bright red-berry aromatics, tart cranberry-like acidity, and subtle earthy undertones. A restrained malt backbone provides just enough body to support the fruit without muting its sharpness, while low bitterness keeps the profile crisp and refreshing. The result is a tightly balanced sour that emphasizes precise acidification, vivid fruit character, and a clean, dry finish.

Pours a chill-hazed honey color with 2+ fingers of cream-colored head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: Loads of berries, not much else, some pear notes, fades once warm
T: Sweet red berries, some gooseberry & currant as well along with Golden Delicious Apples up front. Some tartness on the edges, but mostly sweet berry we can say Lingonberry I think I've had it one or two times, but also sweet blueberry & some tart. Finishes a little tart, mostly sweet with berries & pears
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, a little sticky on the teeth
Refreshing, easy to drink but not one I'd buy again

The pour is apricot colored. The taste is lingonberries & swedish fish candy. Moreover, if you like Swedish Fish candy then you oughta give this one a try. Cheers! B
