330 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy orange body. Small white head. Thin collar.

Smell - A little bit of grassiness. Light lime acidity.

Taste - Tart. Grainy wheat. Limey tartness. Grassy hops.

Mouthfeel - Light body. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Drinks really well, but not the most flavorful. Would probably enjoy this more in larger quantities.

Bottle from Emil, many thanks to you!

Has a lovely hazed, apricot color, with orange dots in it, and a small, soon vanishing white head.

The aromas are defined by a fruity tartness, which implies a musty marzipan impression, coated up by a grassy acidity. Has an interesting interaction between an earthy, mellowed sweetness and a slightly fruited sourness.

Begins very sour, while its light body brings out an impressive full, alternating mouthfeel. Has a clean, white-bread, maltiness, which brings out a wet grass note, blending well into the tart acidity. Got a spice accent to it, full of clove and nutmeg, almost a bit biting, resulting in a church candle like impression, if you convert their smell to an actual flavor. Carbonation fits very well, is not too lively, supporting the slightly dry finish by adding a metallic note to it, with lots of lime and hints of grapefruit developing from the grassy hops.
