Pale cloudy yellow with a moderate fizzy eggshell head that dies to nothing fairly quickly.
Smell is herbal habanero. Sometimes I get a hint of banana in fresh habanero so I think I'm detecting that here as well or my nose is tricking me as there is something with a kick in here.
Taste is hay and barnyard funk, but light, with an odd spice that's like grassy chipotle, and herbs that I'm not fully able to identify. Intriguing and challenging to say the least, in a fun way.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Beautiful elderflower aroma along with earthy funk. Taste starts with lemony sourness and elderflower notes and in the finish you get sourdough and grains. Body is medium with high carbonation. Brekeriet really know how to nail this style.
