Copenhagen 25/11 2019. 33 cl bottle from Køl Beer Web-shop. Brekkeriets usual simple white label with a big B in black and their tagline From Skåne With Love. A part of their Specials Series.
Pours hazy, brown-ish orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, creamy layer unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, lemonade-ish wheat with a delicate spiciness. Citrus, sweet orange, black pepper, light funky odor.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric sourness. Aftertaste is quite bitter. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
A bit lemonade-ish take on a Saison. Very moderate funk - but solid.
