Pours a murky dark amber with low, wispy head.
Smell is tart and oaky with notes of red wine, vinegar, apples and lemon peel.
Taste is tart and vinous with notes of red wine, cherries, vinegar, apples and a bit of citrus peel bitterness. Very rich and complex.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and vinous with bright carbonation.
Overall, a complex and rewarding sour. Great stuff.
