Roasty, Toasty, Sweet, Prune
Dark brown, near opaque with a gorgeous coffee colored head and stick. Roasty, toasty malts in the nose with smoky suggestions. Firm body, a bit viscous, and very smooth. Malty sweetness and prune-like fruitiness. More roasty and toasty with molasses, cocoa, pumpernickel bread, some nuttiness, and a faint smokiness. Bone-dry finish. Not too shabby.

Very basic porter and the one I happened to try was very fizzy. Rounded and good tasting

Barely carbonated. Faint aroma. Otherwise just good

Smooth, very chocolaty! An excellent dark ale for first timers...
