A Norwegian style table beer brewed with lime peel. Fermented with a Nordic Kveik yeast. Kveik doesn’t follow the rules. It ferments hot (95 degrees), prefers a low pitch rate, and finishes in under 20 hours. This beer is light, refreshing, and highly crushable at 3.8% abv. Perfect while dreaming of summer days.
