As I set her drinking this barrel aged ale the thing I taste the most of is the Carmel and Bourbon. The smell is outstanding but the sting bourbon taste is quite overwhelming.
It was a OK beer compared to others I've tried, but this one I wasn't really impressed with.

On tap at the tasting room. Some bourbon, breast malt, molasses, spicy/tart, and hint of bourbon.
