galaxy and the new and awesome denali hops on an interesting hazy brew, hop forward for sure, but with a cool yeast element as well, not quite wild, but almost a farmhouse complex on it, very much summery and beachy with the fruity hops and the added vinous nature and fruitiness of the yeast, peaches and white grapes and clover honey and melon, its mouthwatering and super fresh and incredibly drinkable. i like the hop brightness but relative lack of bitterness, its very juicy and dry hopped, but still somewhat substantial in a hop sense, not too mellow to be bold, pineapple and mango notes come out, more white wine, a little sweetness too, this is definitely off dry. the yeast has a light belgian ester thing to it, but is so clean at the same time its a little rustic, it might benefit from a little further ageing to let the yeast develop even more, i like whats here but its really in the background. smarties candy, dried apricot, sweet white wine, ipa level hops. this is excellent beer, all of the stuff we had here at amplified was killer, and you cant beat the view!
