If your brewery is called "Amplified," sooner or later you are going to have to turn it up to 11. This one is 11 percent as well as 11 on the Hop-O-Meter. Brewed with Citra, Centennial, Strata, and Amarillo, which pretty well does the job. Aromas of lime, papaya, and a nose of apricot-gardenia nectar if there was such a thing.
Hot fruity liqueur. This is quite sweet with a rich dose of malt, delirium following with the fume of hops and the alcohol going up the nose as well as down the gullet. It's really quite sippable, not terribly bitter, and, pardon the expression, awesomely hopped. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Backstage bar at the PB location.
