Color is pale yellow with a nice pile of foam in the tall goblet. Pleasant aroma of wheat cereal and alfalfa. Just a touch of sweetiness and a light malty taste. A kiss of hops and not any bitterness to speak of, but there is a resiny tang.
The brewery calls this a Pilsner, but on the can it's subtitled "Generic Beer." But it does have some Pilsner-like flavors. Overall this is a real quaff of a light brew, though it has enough flavor to be of some interest. From the 16 oz can purchased from Bine & Vine.
