Handsome amberish brown color with a perky head in the tall Pilsner glass. Keeps enough foam as you sip and it's plenty carbonated in the mouth. Nice aroma of fresh and flowery hops.

Brewer says this is made with the 7 Cs hop blend from HopUnion. It's plenty hoppy and bitter. All the hops seem to accentuate the thinness. This starts out with some roasted malt flavor, but turns into more of a hoppy pale ale. For a lower alcohol session beer, this is an interesting alternative to the pales and IPAs.

Flavorful with a green and resiny taste. The complex hoppiness seems to change as you sip. The scratch of burnt barley lingers to the end. On tap at the brewery at California Kebab. They have big growlers to go now.
