Growler: Poured a hazy beige/yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head with pretty good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt notes offset by some citrusy hoppy notes. Taste is a mix of sweet wheat malt with some pretty dry citrusy hops with of light coriander notes also perceptible. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Refreshing and quite tasty but malt profile could be brought even more forward.

Sessonable white IPA
Dark apricot amber colour. Half inch of head was gone quickly. Very little carbonation. Some lacking but low retention.
You can smell the citrus from a foot away. Strong grapefruit and mango aroma. Mosaic hops.
Strong bitter taste. Pine and grapefruit in first wave that subsides and caramel and white cake come through in the taste. Steely bitter grassy aftertaste.
Medium to full feel but there is a lack of carbonation in the mouth.
A very good American IPA that shocases Mosaic hops very well. WIth the wheat ingredient I had expectations of head and lacing that were not met.

Pours a hazy orangey amber. 1 finger white head. Moderate carbonation. Aromas are of fruit and hops. Some orange peel. Tastes are of huge juicy fruits, pineapple, honey. Overall this thing isn’t too balanced as I’m detecting an almost zero malt profile, but I welcome that these guys just went for it on the Sweet juicy hops front.

Poured from a 32oz growler into a stemmed tulip glass and shared with a friend
Pours straw or hay in color with 1 - 2 fingers of white sudzy foam that falls fairly quickly to a thin collar with some lacing. The nose is all mosaic hops, big juicy tropical fruits...really nice. On the palate, again the big juicy tropical fruits come through with just a hint of overripe, mustiness in the background. The finish is overly dry with a bit of a metallic or aspirin aftertaste. Medium-light body with nice carbonation keep it light and refreshing, but also slightly thin. Overall, I loved the nose and the start of the beer; I think this is the start of a great beer recipe.

Growler delivered by Brew Donkey yesterday.
A - Pours dark golden with one finger of thick off white head. Good carbonation and a haze to the body. Great wall of lace and a film of retention.
S - Lot's of Mosaic. Tropical fruit, syrupy and juicy. Grapefruit and passionfruit. No 'white' to speak of and not much in the way of wheat, but enticing nonetheless.
T - Very hop forward. A bit soapy or chemically. Juicy fruits. Sparkling soda characteristics. A bit of alcohol there. Lager-y flavour in the finish.
M - Good carbonation, medium body, mild bitterness to finish with that odd lager-style finish that is closer to a Czech pils than an IPA.
O/D - OK. Decent drinkability, especially in the sun. But a bit underwhelming overall. Flavourful and some interesting flavour, but a bit flawed as well and some off-putting characteristics present. Not BTP's greatest work. All that said, still a decent beer.
