Deep reddish brown with a2-3 fingers of cloudy tan head with decent persistence and leaving nice lacing. The nose is soft and speaks to toasted malt and brown sugar with some nice boozy bourbon. The taste follows suit featuring brown sugar, sweet toasted malts, some boozy bourbon but transitioning dry with a bitter finish, almost astringent. Lots of carbonation, but a bit light in mouthfeel.
