Growler: Poured a clear amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light caramelized notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a good mix of cereal notes with light grainy notes and some caramel notes with a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Nice drinkable example of this German style.
