A- This pours out of the can a fairly murky brown color, with red hues in the background. The head starts out about one finger in thickness and quickly peters out to really nothing at the end of the day. The carbonation and lacing is pretty much non existent too, with only a watery layer coating the inside of the glass...nothing much to look at,

S- Ok, this is totally of freshly smoked Deer Sausage! Heavily smoked wood, campfire, toasty dark malts, and not a whole lot else going on here....just a ton of smoke!

T- This is still quite smokey and of meat, however, it is much more rounded and not nearly as intense as the aromas suggest! Plenty more malt sweetness is present. There is still a lot of smoked character here, with smoked red malts, burnt vanilla, wood fired burnt bread crust. As this warms, it is of a high quality smoked pork/deer sausage that just came out of the smoke room of a butcher house!

M/O- Relatively thin in body and the carbonation is fairly aggressive, this is a one can treat, not being highly drinkable in my opinion. There is nothing wrong with this one at all, but it is something that after one, I am done for sure! If you are looking for BBQ in liquid form, this is the beer for you! Deserving of decent marks overall, I'm glad that there isn't more of this in my stash to have!
