Many thanks to iguenard for this mini-growler! Even after3 weeks it's in excellent shape...
Pours a dark chocolate brown with a respectable mocha coloured head that has decent retention. Aroma of roasted dark malts was spectacular at the beginning of the pint, but has turned slightly vegetal as it warms. Still enough chocolate notes to be a respectable porter. Although mouthfeel is slightly thinner than I expected at a 7.8% ABV, I'm a big fan of the robustness and balance of the taste. Dark chocolate and roasted coffee tones in the start meld into a slightly sweet malt-based body, followed by a nicely bitter finish.
Can't wait to visit this brewery in person - I'm impressed.

Tap: Poured a black color porter with a small brown foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt with some green peppers notes also perceptible. Taste is also dominated by roasted malt with light dry black chocolate notes and some green peppers notes. Body is bit thin for style with good carbonation. Not bad but I could do without the green pepper notes.

On tap at Brewery Market Capital Mash-Up. From notes.
A - Black pour with a two finger tan head. Spotty lace and a finger of retention.
S - Roast, chocolate. Simple but quite pleasantly combined.
T - Belgiany yeast, funk, roast, dark fruit, chocolate.
M - Mild carbonation, creamy medium body, mild dry finish with some sweetness.
O/D - A good porter. ABV masked well and quite complex and tasty. Good drinkability too. Liked it.
