Served on tap. Definitely had some issues with foaming - took 2 glasses to get about 2/3 of a pint settled out of what poured as nearly 100% foam. Loses a bit on the look for me there - that much head out of a tap is a problem but could very well have been a serving/storing issue vs. problem with the beer.
Pours a hazy gold, as noted lots of head.
Overall, it's a nice saison. Light, crisp. A slight funk that's nice and not overly herbal or bitter like some.
