Sampled at the brewery as part of a flight of 4 beers. This beer is the result of a collaboration with the Shire Breu-House in Dalton, MA for the 2018 Western Massachusetts Beer Week, and features pale malt from the Turner Hill Malting Co. in nearby South Egremont, wheat from Valley Malt in Hadley, and Mt Rainier Hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield, all towns in the state. It was pale yellow in color, light white head, with a fragrant malt aroma. Light and crisp on the first sip with a mild kick from the hops at the end. Good Summer beer.
