beer pours without much head, and has a look of apple juice, perfectly clear. Smell is close to the look, like a detuned apple cider. Taste seems to be once again apple with other fruit and spices mixed, such as pear. Very even mouthful, finishes a little sticky but is refreshing.
This is a very unique tasting Radler.

Taste: unique, soda like, cider, honey, a mix of dried flowers and herbs. Herbal, citrus floral nose. Golden hue, mostly clear, white head very delicate lace. Medium body. Low alcohol.

I picked up a bottle of this brew at a supermarket in northern Italy. It's a nice beverage for a hot and sunny afternoon, but it's also a lot like a wine-cooler. The aroma and taste are intensely lemony. This sensation is so strong that you think you're drinking a lemonade with a bit of beer added. The aroma has a hint of musty dry euro-hops, but little beer quality flows through to the taste. I find it hard to give it a tough rating on the taste, since I think that the light-lemon flavor was intended. It's a bit sweet, and but very light. It's not what I look for in a beer, but I'm sure that it has it's place.
