Crisp taste. I'd like a little more hop flavor and aroma.

Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-pale to murky white yellow color with a slim white foamy head that slid off at a moderate pace. Some light lace ran here and there.
The aroma had some sweet to semi-spicy gripping grassy to lemongrassy hop effects rolling over some lemon pulpy notes and a subtle berry note running underneath.
The flavor was somewhat lenient towards the sweet side adding some white bread to arrange a nice balance. Slight aftertaste of lemongrass, lemon and berry sweet qualities.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt on par. Slight lemon to white bready sort of finish.
Overall, pretty nice saison that I could come back to.

12 iz. Can
A white golden color, hazy, full of life with a moderate all white foam cap.
The nose is amazingly hoppy. Very floral! Wild berries, tangy citrus, pineapple, stawberries, dry golden wheat malt and earthy. Not bad. Got some serious layers of hop aroma going on. Hop flowers.
Exceptionally crisp bite, light feel, juicy and slightly dry mouthfeel. Expanding with carbonation keeping it lively.
The flavor has all the hallmarks of a very high grade pale ale with a slight, earthy funk of the saison style. A light saison. ..no real interesting yeast flavor to speak of. .with a big, complex hop edge
The Mosaic hop brings out Papaya, honeydew mellon, grassy earth and green apples. A strange and unique hop flavor. It's pretty juicy, never near bitter and filled with various fruity flavor's on the edge of light tropical and floral splashes. A light, watery and wet grass taste tends to prevail in the end.
Kind of a strange combo of light saison sensabilities and a classic pale with a pretty weird hop variety. Bonus points for being different but no points for low yeast and malt complexity.

Tap at the Thirsty Moose. Hazy light golden color with a decent fluffy white head. Big citrus and juicy tropical fruits on the nose. Bitter hop sweet bread spicy peppery bite to the flavor. Pretty stand up hoppy Saison.
