EBF pour. Poured a hazy yellow color. This was without a doubt the biggest surprise of the festival This smelled & tasted like a genuine Belgian lambic. Cheese rind, tart fruits, earth, wood, horse barn & the like. This one was very impressive. I have had some decent Two Roads beers but this one was downright legit!

Had on tap at the Sourcopia bottle release. The color is a beautiful dark orange, especially for a lambic. The smell is tropical fruit and funk. The taste is world class. The perfect amount of tropical fruitiness and sour. Top 3 sours I've had to date.

tried on tap at the bottle release, nice dark color for a sour, but smell and taste were amazing. you can literally taste the tropical fruits as you sip. has an awesome sourness that's not butt puckering but definetly tart
