EBF pour. Poured a hazy yellow color. This was without a doubt the biggest surprise of the festival This smelled & tasted like a genuine Belgian lambic. Cheese rind, tart fruits, earth, wood, horse barn & the like. This one was very impressive. I have had some decent Two Roads beers but this one was downright legit!

Poured from a 375 ml bottle into the test glass. 2019 series
A - Goldenrod color, slight haze cant hide active carbonation. A thin cap quickly forms and quickly dissipates. Small clusters of carbonation contiually congregate on the surface.
S - Fruits like orange, papaya, cherry, all on a canvas of light toatsed oak, really complex in this aspect, tannins, backed with sharp berry notes blend well.
T - Jammy fruits, with enough acididty, toasted oak, and somehow in all this the cultures find a way to broadcast thier presence. Hints of spice, anise and cinnamonn are wrapped up in there.
M - Medium in body, tart start quickly equilibrates toward neutral , with a sharp bend on the palate. Finish has that spicy component coutesy of the mixed culture. Quite nice
O - A very good offering with only plusses in the right places. New World Lambic may be a stretch, but not a long one. Worth seeking out

small head but incredibly smooth and has a tangy/sour finish. the fruity flavors combine for an excellent taste and smooth mouth feel. has a golden yellow color with little sediment. not a massive fan of the 375mL bottles for 14 dollars but can eat the money for a nice pint once in a blue moon. (no pun intended)
