Purchased growler and drank this fresh the same day.
L: Pours a light, ruby red, with some orange/ brown highlights. Low carbonation, not much head retention.
S: biscuit malts and estery aroma. no hops/ no off aromas.
T: slight toffee sweetness followed by roasty/ biscuit malt. clean fermentation, no off flavors. Sort of one-dimensional, pleasant but not complex.
F: light body, easy to drink, not cloying
O: Overall this was a fairly satisfying session brew. If you're looking for a malt-forward beer this hits the spot. Nothing spectacular but nothing wrong here either.
