Mild haze to an otherwise dirty gold color. Moderate head which leaves several streaks on the glass.
Earthy aroma. There may be a bit of wheat. I don't detect any apricots in this "Apricot Belgian Ale".
Starts as a pale malt beer. It quickly becomes more tart (but not quite sour). The body is solid but the carbonation is very elevated. Whatever apricot is there, it is very dry and subtle. The aftertaste is short but prickly.
