AND WHEN THEY GET HOME they’re cracking open this super soft and smooth, stone fruit & mango / mild tangerine / dank citrus IIPA that drinks like a much more sessionable brew. This is our most international IIPA yet, hopped with new-age Euro as well as Aussie and PNW varieties. This version has a second huge charge of Euro/Aussie dry-hopping. Hey it’s nice to know every day has its night.

Cloudy orange. Big, white head. Citrus, melon, stone fruits and malt into the aroma. Moderate, hoppy bitterness. A good one, but still just one of many.

An odd dark murky dirt orange in color. Taste is too sweet but pretty good flavor. Wish it was drier.

Muddy amber color. It looks like apricot juice. Decent starting head which leaves lots of spots and streaks on the glass.

Lots of weeds and green vegetal aromas. Light peppery spices.

The hop dominates the taste and mimics the smell. The flavor includes a brief toasty malt. The body is neutral with an elevated carbonation level. The finish culminates the harsh weedy hop bitterness. This causes a long lingering aftertaste. Overall, this is a borderline extreme IPA due to the carbonation.

Purchased from Singlecut Brewery in Queens 2 weeks ago, assumed to be quite fresh.

A: Completely opaque, burnt orange, quickly dispersing head
S: Candy, apple peel
T: Mango, slight bitterness which lingers for about 10 seconds
M: Smooth, light carbonation, booze barely perceptible
O: Easy drinker, juicy but not like biting into a fresh fruit, refreshing cold and tasty room temp. Cool looking can

Mystery Beer #6 from @akatz821 in our NBS BIF #8.5. His hint to me was, "one slice works."
Pours golden, fluffy white head pushes a finger high. Slightly turbid, but not hazy.
First aromas that leap to the nose are, alfalfa?
Hmm, grassy hop pellets. Alfalfa, green alfalfa, moist alfalfa. Did I say alfalfa? Ok, I said, "alfalfa." And there's a hint of orange blossom honey now too. But wow, this is green.
Taste is luscious green hops. Grassy, tender bitterness, green, earthy, oh so subtle floral citrus notes, biscuity malt, and I am seriously reminded of being at a brew supply shop, cupping a small handful of hops and sniffing them while I roll them around. This is delicious.
Mouthfeel is medium, slightly slick, and a tad soft. Carbonation is light to moderate. No ABV heat. A really pleasant sipper.
So I'm guessing an IPA with maybe some oats as part of the grain bill.

Golden and somewhat hazy almost no head from can. Lovely fruit nose on this beer. Great flavor to this beer with less bitterness, wow. Better carbonation really rounds out this one.

Canned on 10/23.
Poured to Birrateque IPA 18OZ Glass on 11/17.
A:Light orange and hazy. One finger of cloud. Disappear soon.
S: Aroma is quite unique. How can I say,,. Am not familiar with Euro and aussie hops.
T: Orange. lemon and mango notes. Mild bitterness and mild sweetness.
M:Smooth and easy to drink. Not feel like 8% ABV. Medium and slightly light side. Low Carb.
O:Even this IPA is 8%, feels like a session. After taste at room temp.: Peach, tangerine, mango.
