Decent pilsner. Looks like previous reviewers got it either from a contaminated keg or a dirty line. Clean, golden color. Big, white head. Malt, grass, and herbal hops in the aroma. Bittersweet taste. It could be crisper, but not bad in general.

Nearly clear with a dirty gold color. Lasting head that leaves multiple streaks and spots.
Very fresh, flowery hop. Clean Pilsner malt aroma. Superb.
Spritzy with a thinner body even for the style. The taste is less clean with a crisp, perhaps adjunct added flavor. The finish becomes more creamy with a white pepper hop bitterness.

A cross-style American-Euro pilsner. It looks the part...bright, clear golden pour with a modest white one-finger head. This pilsner has Czech roots with malt and hop ingredients, but American and New Zealand hops take it for bit of a departure. The sharper citrus and biscuit Czech flavor is modified to bring forward a grassy slightly resinous taste. It finishes crisp and dry, but not quite as crisp and dry as a true Czech Pils would. Interesting tweak on the style.

A thanks to the amazing woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Despite zero agitation, this beer came flowing out, resulting in a yellow color with a 2 inch head and a mess on my leg. Smell is of mild malts. Taste is malts, grassy hops, dry at the finish. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

From the can, it pours an almost clear yellow color with a modest white head that reduces to a thin layer and leaves a touch of lacing. In the nose, it is light and fresh, with a touch of grassy hops. In the mouth, it is light and fresh, with a touch of bready malt and a touch of hops. Pleasant.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $3.99. Best By 1/27/2021. My guess is that this was canned either close to 3 months ago or close to 4 months ago.
Look: Very clear light yellow straw color. A rocky head upon the pour quickly dissipated to a foamy thin white head with very compact bubbles that looks very pretty. Very small bubbles quickly rising to the surface.
Smell: Smells nice - bright lemony and floral aromas. Has a nice crackery malt character too. Hints of peppery, grassy, and herbal notes. There was a bit of skunky aroma (not unpleasant, mind you) immediately after pouring, but this quickly blew off. The back end of the nose has some noble hop character that seems to foreshadow moderate bitterness. Smells crisp and clean.
Taste: This is enjoyable - very crisp, clean, and refreshing. The flavors follow the nose. The finish is dry with very low bitterness. Very drinkable.
Feel: Light mouthfeel yet it has a full weight for its size. Almost has a richness to it. Appropriately carbonated. Crisp and refreshing.
Overall: My second SingleCut lager (Kim Hibiscus Sour Lager was the first). I like this - it's a nice Czech Pilsner. I am a bit surprised though because knowing SingleCut and based on my experience tasting some other craft pilsners, I was expecting something a bit punchier and bitter. With the relatively low bitterness and ounce-for-ounce "full" mouthfeel, I would have guessed that it is a Helles Lager. There is a nice pleasantness and subtlety to this beer that makes it really accessible and enjoyable. It didn't blow me away, but it also is clearly well-made and impressive. With this kind of style, there's no room to hide any flaws and it passes that test with flying colors.

Pours a clear and very pale straw color. A moderate foam head displays good retention.
The nose opens with notes of grassy and earthy hops. Aromas of malt evoke lightly toasted bread and biscuit.
Clean and crisp with an outstanding hops to malt balance. The grassy and earthy hops spices contrast nicely with the sweet biscuity and doughy malts. The palate is dry overall with a clean bitterness. The finish is crisp, dry and a bit on the sweet side.
Light to medium bodied with an appropriately crisp mouthfeel. The carbonation is dialed in, as it is moderate and not too fizzy.
Delightful Pilsner. Delicately balanced, tasty and crushable. Spot on for the style.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local beer store just around the corner. It poured a clear yellow with thin white head thatvis not leaving any lace. The scent had grain and bread notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright crisp hop presence that finished clean. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

This offering looks, smells and tastes like a standard pilsner. There's really nothing more to say.
Subtle may indeed be beautful. But this brewer should stick to off-the-hook because they do subtle in an awfully boring way.
