A different cut of Pilsner – Crisp. clean. but with herbal/citrus dry-hopping for added dimension to one of our favorite styles.

From the can, it pours a slightly hazy yellow and beige color. A ginormous foam nearly spills over and retains well.
Aromas of Pilsner malt, sweet, bready and biscuity, are complimented by bright notes of hops. Hops aromas are very grassy, along with citrusy notes of lemon, and sweet notes of fruity and floral hops that evoke peach in particular.
Opens with sweet flavors of crisp cracker and biscuity malt, along with notes of sourdough bread. However, it soon becomes evident that this is a well hopped beer full of earthy and grassy spices and a gentle but solid bitterness. In addition, notes of lemon and peach add a bright and fruity flavor. The finish is crisp and dry.
Medium bodied and crisp, yet with a smooth and soft malt body. The carbonation is moderate. Very crushable overall.
Nice Pilsner that hits the style guidelines. Yet, it has a hoppy twist that gives it personality. I would definitely have again.
