Our unique spin on a classic schwarzbier – deep, dark, rich, malt sweetness improvises into a lusciously enjoyable and easy drinking jam with a heavy coconut and chocolate infusion and a dry finish. Derek wrote this.

Dark brown color. Big, beige head. Toasted malt, chocolate, and coconut in the aroma. Moderately sweet, with pleasant roasted bitterness at the end.Good.

On tap at The Village Tavern in Geneseo, NY.
This one pours a dark-ish black color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells chocolatey, with a touch of roast and spice.
kind of fell off the map a little bit, at least in my own world. I do love the Spinal Tap reference, and I love the fact that this is a dark lager. It’s mostly chocolatey, but not all that sweet, with a touch of hop spice and some roastiness.
This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and pretty drinkable.
This is a little bit unremarkable, but well done enough.

Not sure I’ve ever had a Schwarzbier. Enjoying the difference from my usual IPA.
Color is fun, hints of coconut peek through. Love the can!!

From growler. Drank a few pints over the evening.
Pours more of a brown color, not very dark for a schwarzbier. Thick cream colored head. Nice aroma and flavor of mild cocoa and bready malts. Well balanced. Medium bodied, drinks smooth
