22 ounce bottle into a snifter.
A dark, opaque pour, small head, some lacing. Smell is at first, a really pleasant coffee, followed by malt, chocolate, toffee. Taste is pretty balanced between the coffee and malt. Also some chocolate and a bit of vanilla. A steady bitterness. Pretty smooth, well carbonated.
A good effort, probably my favorite of the variations. Enjoyable.

The perfect amount of coffee without any bitterness. Very smooth, very drinkable. It is a little thin for a porter, but not bad by any means. Awesome local company

Pours dark brown and black in the glass. A finger of tan foam fades after the first couple sips.
Mellow coffee aroma, rich dark chocolate, roasty.
Taste is coffee forward, nicely smooth and roasty, dark chocolate.
A little bit of blackened malt in the periphery, light bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied and smooth, fairly light in feel and drinkability. Overall it's good, not sure if I'd grab it again. Maybe if they tried different coffees.

Pours dark brown with a thin layer of light brown foam that dissipates quickly.
The aroma is a punch of freshly brewed coffee, toasted chocolate malts, and some nuttiness.
The coffee flavor is as abundant as in the aroma, the toasted chocolate malts take a backseat to the coffee flavor but is still noteworthy.
Medium-heavy bodied, light carbonation, roasty bitterness, sweet chocolate.
Overall, the body was a bit thin, but that's expected with the style, just not my taste. As a coffee lover, the aroma and flavor was perfect.
