22 oz bomber, batch 442 which I know was bottled within the last week or so.
A: pours an orange, amber color quite unlike I've seen from any other DIPA. Small but adequate white head and good lacing.
S: Mostly hops coming through with hints of orange.
T: Again mostly hops but very well balanced. The beer is brewed with mandarin oranges but I have a hard time finding them. There is some sweetness in there but no strong citrus presence.
M: Well balanced between carbonation and other elements of the beer.
O: Anothet very good beer from Spiteful. In my experience with their fruit added DIPAs, the hoops are the primary focus and the fruits play a small part, and this beer fits that to a T. Job well done, Spiteful.
