A - Pours an opaque chestnut brown color. Very thick looking with minimal carbonation and I had to pour pretty vigorously to get a head at all.

S - Not too much aroma, but I do pick up a heavy dose of floral hops.

T - Bitter, assertive hops up front followed by a very thick and grainy malt back. This is not the easiest beer to drink because it is very bitter, but the more that it warms up as I sip it - the more I can appreciate and enjoy the floral hops.

M - I wish there was a touch more carbonation, but I enjoyed the thick - almost chewy mouthfeel.

O - I can't say that I am a huge fan of the ESB category (or double ESB for that matter), but if you are - I would recommend giving this a try. It was definitely a nice change of pace with all of the big IPA's out there these days, but it wasn't my favorite beer either.
