This is no ordinary IPA. Our coarsely filtered India Pale Ale is loaded with grapefruit, orange peel and piney aromas from several kilos of different American hops. The pronounced bitterness hits the palate first and is delicately balanced with international specialty malts. 55 IBU

At Walkerville Brewery, chilled and on tap, in a flight of four beers, leading my Monthly Responsible Beer Drinking Club. My fifth beer from the Windsor, Ontario brewery.

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario Canada 473ml at 6.3%.
Poured into glass with a 1 finger head copper color slow carbonation.
Very malty and sweet
Taste more like a stout then an IPA I taste some chocolate fruits .
Overall an ok IPA that tastes like a stout.
Cheers

Copper with no carbonation, very little haze and 4 fingers of yellowish head.
Smells of a hint of pine and peaches.
Tastes of pine, peaches, brown tea, and a dull, bitter, English like IPA hop profile.
Medium, slightly syrupy body with moderate to low carbonation.
Got in Stratford, and drank in New Hamburg, July 9th, 2018.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Purchased from the LCBO for around $3.25 CDN.
Appearance - clear, honey brown coloured beer with reddish hues. Small half finger of white head, good retention and lacing. Plenty of carbonation.
Smell - some citrus hops, grapefruit is most prevalent but pineapple is present too. Subtle hints of pine and some leafy undertones.
Taste - earthy and a little dank with some grapefruit, but also a slight sweet tea flavor in play too. Well rounded with some caramel malt mixed in.
Mouthfeel - smooth and crisp with a lighter body than some in the style. Carbonation is moderate. Juicy yet slight drying finish.
Overall - a nice opening offering from this new brewery, with good hop flavors and a solid body. Maybe not terribly distinctive, yet the tea like aspect in the beer makes this a little different and worth sampling again. As other reviewers have indicated it straddles the ipa\ apa line! but nonetheless is a decent offering.

473 mL can from the LCBO; "7069" stamped on the bottom. I haven't looked into it, but I believe that this brewery's dating codes are in a pseudo-ordinal format. That would mean 7069 = Mar 10 2017. Served slightly chilled.
Pours a cloudy copper-amber colour; holding it up to a lamp gives it more of a reddish-orange hue, and also reveals that the liquid is saturated with very fine flecks of hop sediment. Nearly two fingers of puffy, off white-tinged head lasts for roughly five minutes before wilting down to a foamy collar and film, splattering an unkempt mess of sea-foam lace against the glass. On the nose, I am getting a sizable dose of caramel and bready, biscuity sweetness, in addition to some resiny, floral, rather earthy hops and muddled orange/grapefruit citrus.
An adequate IPA, if not an especially memorable one - it's quite malt-forward for the style, with plenty of caramelized sugar, biscuit and bread crust flavour noticeable initially. The C-hops seize control of the profile thereafter, with their citrusy grapefruit and pine-resiny qualities remaining in firm control through to the earthy, bitter finish. Resiny aftertaste with some soapiness. Medium in body, with slightly assertive carbonation that prickles the surface of the palate, giving the brew a crisp bite. It's alright, but it doesn't do anything that brewers in this province haven't already done dozens of times before.
Final Grade: 3.61, a B grade. The marketing blurb on the back label says that Geronimo is "no ordinary IPA"... but by my estimation, that's actually a spot-on description. Neither particularly bad nor good, this is a serviceable pale ale at best, and a mediocre one at worst - it straddles the poorly-defined boundary between a typical Ontario APA and a genuine IPA, not really fitting neatly into either grouping. I could take it or leave it - there's certainly no shortage of better IPAs on the market these days.

My first time trying from this brewery. Nic3 citrus and line on the nose with a solid fruity citrus hop profile on the tongue. Well crafted IPA, nothing mind blowing but certainly drinkable.
