An Alpha Series experimental beer. Poured into a dimpled pint mug.
Pours a cloudy dark tinged golden colour. With a white head and lacing.
Smells of dough, banana, lots of yeast. Very soft.
Taste reflects that. A bit heavy on the yeast, and spice, making it quite harsh and peppery for a saison.
Overall a decent attempt but not great. Interesting though.
