The Downtown North Porter is a full-bodied malt bomb with rich chocolate and vanilla flavors from beginning to end. While this Porter is hosting a multitude of malt profiles for roasty flavor, it is also joined by the addition of vanilla bean to give this big beer a velvety, sweet finish.

For this limited bottling run, we treated North Porter with freshly toasted coconut.

A couple of years aged on this limited run hasn’t really helped or hurt it. Not as robustly sweet as the base Porter, with the addition of coconut imparting a touch of bitterness . Malt bill becoming more prominent, & the beer has also dried out a touch.
