A - Poured out a burgundy color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of cherry and sweet caramel maltiness.
T - Sweet maltiness with a touch of caramel and bread crust. Light cherry flavor almost makes it taste like a Belgian ale.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale.
O - This is good. A unique brew from Horseshoe Bend.
