Pours a hazy copper golden with a white head. Aroma and flavor follow suit with a balanced pairing of some spiciness and fruitiness from the yeast, some breadiness from the grain bill, and some grassiness from the hop bill. Relatively dry. Its noticeably a low abv, flavors don't linger around. A crisp, thinnish to medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, I really enjoyed this sessionable saison as this really hit on what I like in session beers. Definitely a fan of this and its the first Black Bottle beer I have tried that I want to drink more of.
