L: Hazy yellow honey color with a small white head and a couple fingers of lacing.
S:. Floral notes, with some berries and sweet tropical fruit. Notes of peach and some crackers malt underneath. Very inviting.
T: Fuzzy peach, with a little berry, slightly sweet citrus and spicy rye at the end. A little sweet for a saison.
F: Light and spritzy.
O: A little sweet but overall a nice saison.

Poured in tulip glass from growler.
Appearance: pours a 1" white head that falls quickly with decent lacing. Color is cloudy yellow-orange with abundant streaming carbonation.
Aroma: brett yeast, bread dough, coriander and a hint of sweet citrus
Mouthfeel: light and frothy, with a dry champagne like finish
Flavor: banana, clove, biscuit, some citrus
Overall: quite enjoyable and easy drinking.

Pours a nice clean/clear golden yellow color, nice carbonation, with a nice one-finger creamy white head, some sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, very nice yeast note, nice touch of bananas and coriander. The taste is malty/yeasty, very nice touch of bananas, and coriander. Medium body. Overall a tasty brew.
