L- Quite dark amber, clear, pours with circa 3mm white head that is clearing swiftly to lacing.
S- Some toasty grains.
T- The hoppy dry element comes first, the toasty grains follow. Very clean, zero stands out of place or balance.
F- To the hoppier/dryer side as you'd expect, it's a refreshing beer, but with 4.8% and some body to balance it out very nicely.
O- Very nice, very sessionable if EPA if your thing. I grew up in the Cotswolds and Hook Norton was long a brewer of choice for us on a visit to the pub; 'proper' good traditional beers. I enjoyed this one and would happily but it again.

Golden. Loose, frothy head. Dissipates slowly.
Mild citrus hop aroma. Barley.
Medium sweet flavour. Malt present but only just there.
Light to moderate body. Easy drinking.

Bottle conditioned and not chilled

it pours a golden sandy body with big frothy white head that soon goes
there isn't much aroma syrup & cream crackers
Curious tasting almost more like a Belgian blonde interesting stuff worth trying but returning?
Don't think so
