Bottle. Deep, dark chestnut in colour. Thin dense, tan head.
Sweetened espresso prevalent upon sniffing along with charred wholemeal bread.
Taste is not so strong as the aroma but is nevertheless full and rich. Some liquorice, toffee and dark chocolate is present.
Medium to full bodied. Soft carbonation.
A slight improvement upon last year.
