Bottle. Clear chestnut with a thin effervescing head.
Dark fruit smell with notes of chocolate, toffee and silage.
A musty boozy taste that sits well with a taste that reflects the smell.
Vibrant carbonation. Medium to full bodied.
Another year, another nice strong ale from the Hooky brewery. I wish this were bottle conditioned.
