500 ml bottle conditioned, from Voldby Købmandsgaard. ABV is 5.0%. Moderately gushing bottle. Copper colour, large to moderate off-white head. Earthy, woody and spicy aroma, also hints of blackcurrants. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is quite dry, again with earthy and woody notes, and a spicy and hoppy medium bitter finish. Would buy again, and drink it fresher.

First off the color was on point with the color revealing a nice glimmering copper. Smell wasn't offensive slightly yeasty tones. Taste was well represented with the citrus coming through but without a distinction between wether it was lime, lemon, or orange, but defintely lingered on the tongue like a hefeweisen with lemon or a negro modelo with a lime. Mouthfeel was slightly fizzy and took a gentle approach that felt like a firm and confident, but mild handshake. Drinkablility ... goes down like mothers milk and it is one of those refreshing and quality flavorful beers that would do very well drink on a hot day, fishing, boarding, boating, grilling, etc. Synopsis: A smooth beer that will satisfy the novice palettes as well as the vets in the bunch.
