The appearance was a murky pale yellow color with a quickly dissipating little white head. No lace.
The aroma had some sweet to bitter to tart to sour citrus pulp and rind playing with a little bit of grassy to quaint yet embracing sweet bready underneath (guessing that's the Kolsch yeast, I guess).
The flavor was delicately sweet flowing nicely between the yeasty/semi-lager to bready character to the citrus sweet and sour qualities. Nice quick sour to sweet to semi-tart and bready sort of aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it as the "pucker factor" wasn't disturbing - seemed to be kept to a minimum and then makes a good effort to apply a little bit of slickness on my tongue, different to me for the style, but I accepted it.
Overall, for me at least, I liked this one and am hoping to eventually see it in bottles or cans, yes-I'd have this again.
